Here is something for you to think about “When the waste is picked up from OUR HOMES and OUR INDUSTRIES why is there not a charge for the volume of waste that is picked up?”
Just think about it? Charged for the VOLUME OF WASTE not for the curbside container.  If you go to some landfills your charged by weight.

Really though, it just amazes me that with all the technology that exists today, why isn’t there a better solution to disposing of waste?  Better yet I think: “when a company designs consumer goods, they R&D Team should have to create the product with a better end result.  With out so much waste as an end result.

I realize that this sounds a bit vain, but really.
